Things I've learned #1

Since starting to work on different mediums (since I used to only do character sketches and digital art) I've learned a few things.

One of those things is Ghesso+ Canvas.

Choosing your canvas for a new piece of work is part of getting to know your work space. But not as much as readying the canvas. Applying ghesso on your canvas to prep it for a new painting is very therapeutic. You can zone out and just concentrate on painting every inch of it white with the ghesso and you can get aquainted with the space you have, every corner, what will go where.

All in all, always prep your canvas. Remember to ghesso it. And, as a bonus, you'll get to know the space your using much better.

Also. Music + Art= Glorious

P.S: Modeling paste is awesome to use too. The textures it leaves behind after dryign are fantastic! If you're into using textures, of course.
